Students and recent graduates from ºÚÁÏÉç's School of Media and Journalism captured two regional Student Production Awards at the 2025 Central Great Lakes Student Production Awards, presented by the Central Great Lakes chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS).

Thank you to everyone who attended the Second Edition Alumni Banquet. ºÚÁÏÉç 150 alumni, students, faculty, staff, and supporters gathered to celebrate ºÚÁÏÉç Student Media—past, present, and future.

We especially thank alumni who returned to reconnect, share experiences, and support the next generation of student media professionals. We also thank the many student leaders who organized the event and presented updates on current Student Media activities. Their passion and dedication showed that Student Media continues to thrive.

Gage Wellman, a junior in ºÚÁÏÉç’s journalism program, competed among the nation’s best college journalists in the 66th Hearst National Journalism Championships held May 31-June 5 in San Francisco. Wellman, who hails from Parma, Ohio, earned a $1,500 finalist award in the Writing category at the national competition.
