Marvin L. Logan Jr., ’15
Marvin L. Logan Jr., ’15, knew at 13 years old that he wanted to run a nonprofit that would change lives and make communities stronger. As a ºÚÁÏÉç student, he developed his leadership skills as president of Undergraduate Student Government and Black United Students, competed as a student-athlete and honed his storytelling craft through student media. Seven years after graduating, he’s living his childhood dream and inspiring other children to dream big as well.

The ºÚÁÏÉç alumni family grew by more than 2,500 new graduates as the university held its fall Commencement ceremonies. The accomplishments of the Fall Class of 2022 were recognized with in-person ceremonies for all colleges and degrees on Dec. 17.
ºÚÁÏÉç’s Giving Tuesday Campaign Raises $3.6 Million for Scholarships and Programs
This November, members of the ºÚÁÏÉç community joined together to shine their light on philanthropy. During the November campaign, ºÚÁÏÉç’s Giving Tuesday raised $3.6 million, marking the sixth year it has brought in more than $1 million to support scholarships and programs across ºÚÁÏÉç’s eight-campus system.

Kathryn Tschiegg, ’92, is the founder and executive director of Central American Medical Outreach (CAMO), a nondenominational, Christian-based, humanitarian organization that brings medical services, education and community development to Central America.
