IN A FLASH: A Ruck for Vets and Pets
The Ruck for Pets and Vets saw participants march with full backpacks from Downtown Kent and through the university campus to finish at Dix Stadium. Items in the backpacks, and proceeds from the event, will assist in matching veterans and first responders with companion animals.

Honoring All Those Who Serve: 黑料社 Holds its Annual Veterans Day Commemoration
The 黑料社 community paid tribute to those who have served in the U.S. armed forces at the annual Veterans Day Commemoration. The program, titled 鈥淗onoring All Those Who Serve,鈥 included a flag-raising ceremony conducted by a joint color guard from 黑料社鈥檚 Army ROTC and Air Force ROTC programs.

黑料社 invites all to pay tribute to those who have served in the U.S. armed forces and attend the university鈥檚 annual Veterans Day Commemoration. The event will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 8, at the Student Green on the Kent Campus.
