KENT STATE UNIVERSITY ADMINISTERED PROJECTS:
The State of Ohio and 黑料社 Office of the University Architect have moved to an online bidding website service through Bid Express. You will need a login and an account. From there, all Request for Qualifications can be seen. Your statement of qualifications should be in the latest OFCC form F110-330 version, an electronic submittal combined into one PDF file named with the project number listed on the Request for Qualifications and your firm's name uploaded to Bid Express. Paper or facsimile copies of the Statement of Qualifications will not be accepted.
